everything was fine (if perfect were people) they win.....the only thing I was confused about was the young lady running the register got off the register to fix my drink WITHOUT washing her hands, no sanitizer, just grossed me out and I work in healthcare and even if not we all can imagine where some money has been..so what else is being touched after the person touching the dirty money? over all my food was fresh and tasted great! the drink I never tasted I didn't leave it there because I didn't want anything more than me making a purchase and exiting!

I have been coming to this Dunkin' Donuts for many years. Very wonderful women,and great personalities. I tip them everytime,so consider this yourself. Yaisa is a wonderful employee as well. All the women are very hard working,the morning time insane. They handle it well.

They purposely made my drink wrong. I ordered the strawberry daydream refresher. I asked for light ice, but just because I asked for light ice, they felt the need to not put the flavor in it that comes with it and just give me a cup full of milk, I asked for it to be made right and she said, if I want it to be made right, I'm going to get a 1/2 empty cup. Those were my 2 options. Either, take this or just have a 1/2 and the cup I try to be reasonable I said, I'll take this cup. I'm just going ahead and go Before I pulled out the parking lot, I said no. I'm sick of this. I'm gonna get my refund because I'm tired of these restaurants. Constantly playing games with our money as consumers just because oh, there's a ratio this at the third, if I don't want ice, I should be able to get the drink made exactly the way it should be whether it comes with ice or not you shouldn't have to make my drink wrong just because I don't like all of that ice in my cup and then proceeds to take my money. No,I did get my refund and if I don't see that refund in my bank account within 5 to 7 business days. I will come up there.

Whenever I go through the drive through the employees are always friendly and quick! So today when we went inside to order, the “manager” was so snippy and rude to her fellow employees that it made us uncomfortable. I didn’t catch her name but she was a short pale woman with black hair and a tattoo behind her ear. She was clapping and barking at her coworkers to go faster and degrading them. If she’s comfortable doing that with a crowded dining room, how is she treating them with no one there?

Super glad that I ordered a coffee with cream, sugar, and French vanilla just to be given a black coffee. And the girl at the window to not say one single word to me. Not a total, not a have a good day NOTHING. this Dunkin sucks anymore. Go to the one in Poland and wait for your coffee. They’re constantly getting orders wrong here.
